Sends my father a rolls of plastic bags and charges $ Why are they even allowed to operate? I'm hoping this is the one negative rating that will be the tipping point to force some action against this slime

Living Serenity, LLC called my mother 10 times during the course of the day, leaving messages on her answering machine saying she owed $169 and that they would settle for $100. The messages were condescending, as in "I know you are home, pick up the phone and pay your bill for trash bags." The calls border on harassment. I answered one call and told the rude lady on the line that my mother did not order trashbags for $169, and was told that, yes she did, and to put my mother on the line. I refused and told the rude lady that no one would buy trashbags for that price and that their company must be a scam. She insisted it wasn't a scam, so I asked her to mail a bill. She told me that my mother already has the bill (she has no bill as she never ordered anything). I then asked for a phone number where I could reach their corporate office and the address. I was told that my mother has it, which she does not. I told the lady on the line that calling 10 times in a row and leaving harassing voice-mails would not get her anywhere and if they want to take this to court, to file the suit papers. This is a scam and no one's mother, grandmother, father or grandfather should be subjected to this company's misleading ways. I told the rude person on the line (not so nicely) I would report their scam company to FTC and BBB, and as many other websites and social media as I have access to. The lady hung up on me. This is a horrible company taking advantage of older people.

This company, Living Serenity, LLC located in Phoenix, AZ, called a Senior Person and sold him one bottle of "Arthritis & Sport Rubbing Alcohol" for $ This person lives by himself and how can a company call and sell a person that is in their eighties a bottle of rubbing alcohol and bill him this total Company was contacted too have the bottle returned, the representative stated that they have a recording of the conversation and he needed to pay them the total due This same bottle of alcohol can be purchased at Amazon or at the local Dollar Tree Store What a company

I am having a similar experience to this. A woman called me and said I owed them money and I was in third party collections and they needed to close out my balance. The thing is I never ordered nor received any product. I said they can take me to court and they hung up on me. The woman who called me is bat $#!+ crazy. My biggest regret was purchasing something from the in 2015 (which I paid for). At that time I was told I was being removed from their call list permanently. The final straw will be if I see a response from them stating that they were unaware that I am mentally and physically handicapped. Which I am not. I gave them one star because I couldn't submit the review with O. Stay clear of these scammers!

Calls my mom all the time saying she owes money to him. Ripped her off for $525 in three days. Must be a little boy calling because the whole group there is very childish. A real man would never do this to start with, and would call to defend his actions

We had no knowledge prior to Mr. [redacted] Placing the order that he was mentally and physically handicapped. If we had known that the order never would have went out on him. With that being said, we apologize  for any inconveniences we may have caused Mr. [redacted] and his family. We added him to our...

internal Do Not Call List on 05-27-2015. We do not keep anyone's payment method on file. It is destroyed immediately  after it is given to us and processed. There will not be any recurrent charges.The customer has to give us permission  in order to use their credit card and we record all our transactions  for their safety as well as Living Serenity LLC. Again, we apologize and hope we can settle this matter.Sincerely-Living Serenity LLC.
