I bought a class package at this yoga studio before I ever went there. My good friend was an instructor there and I wanted to support her. I went one time to a class. The studio was not heated and not private to the outside mall area so people could look in. We had the class in a cold small room with a space heater that barely held three people. It was uncomfortable but the owner said it would be fixed. That was 3 weeks ago, still not fixed. but because my friend was there, I thought I would just go to her classes even though I didn't like the studio. Well she had a dispute with the owner because pay and other issues. She was shocked at how he was speaking to her and she quit. I called and asked for my money back minus the class that I took. It was unbelievable how this owner spoke to me. He was a bully, yelling at me and wouldn't let me even speak. I don't think it was unreasonable for me to ask for my money back and now I am upset at how unprofessional and rude this owner is. I would like my $130 back as I never want to see this owner's face again, he really intimidated and scared me.
We will not reward the behavior of any adult making false statements about our place of business or it's owner, in a vain attempt to justify getting a refund, for services that we are still willingly providing to them.

I am rejecting this response because:It is a true statement that this establishment does not have heat or privacy curtains to the outside which is a reasonable expectation for a yoga studio. It is a true statement that I asked for a refund because of this reason and because of the way this owner treated one of his employees, my friend and the reason I bought the class package, who quit after he verbally abused her. I witnessed his manner of verbal abuse firsthand when I called and asked for a refund of my remaining classes. There is absolutely no way that I would even feel safe continuing to attend this eatablishment after the way I was spoken to.
