Such a mean company! After 20 years of residency, they literally evicted me for no reason. I'm 65 and on a fixed income; unable to move professionally. Hence, I found another apartment (after they evicted me for paying rent on time for 20 years) and defied the court by locking my door and keeping all of my personal belongings. They then called for Dumpsters to come by and trash the contents of the apartment. They could just have easily have called me but they're simply mean and have no respect for the elderly. Shame on them. They took over 2 years ago and already have fired 5 personnel. My MBA must have threatened them. Edgewater Village, Greensboro, NC

satisfied living there I personally reached out to her and offered to let her out of her lease with no penalties. She would have otherwise owed one month rent as a lease break fee and another month's rent as Notice to vacate in accordance with her contract. I prepared a rescission agreement that indicated our willingness to allow Ms. [redacted] to vacate without notice, as long as she paid the rent up until the last day that she would occupy the apartment. Ms. [redacted] elected not to pay the agreed upon amount according to our agreement. Instead she stayed in her apartment without paying rent for 5 days in January, 2016. She made no effort to amend the agreement, and did not abide by the terms of the agreement. I believe that we have showed, and continue to show a great deal of compassion for Ms. [redacted] We are under no obligation to release her from her contractual responsibility. Yet we still did. When there was an issue with her water heater not working properly we offered her the use of another apartment for taking showers and bathing her children. within 24 hours. This past resident also claims that her apartment was infested with roaches. Our pest control company has documented treating her apartment even though they could not find any live roaches. When this past resident continued to claim an infestation, we provided her with instructions for preparing her apartment to be fogged with pesticide. She refused to do the preparation, which precluded our pest control professionals from doing their job.At no time was this apartment ever uninhabitable. This past resident broke her lease, and the lease makes clear what the penalties are for such breach. Now this past resident has taken to the internet to defame our business in a retaliatory fashion. We could not consider making any settlement while such defamatory reviews remain on line. Clay N[redacted]

It is true that the issues I had in my unit started before living well homes took over management at mission shadows apartments. I was made a lot of promises that were never fulfilled and I had no idea the property was even being sold. I do appreciate Mr No[redacted] working with me and offering the recession agreement. All that I wanted was more time to have someone review the document with me I thought it would be important to fully understand what I was signing before I signed and due to the holiday and me trying to find a place at the last minute in between my busy work schedule it was hard to do. I am prepared to sign a formal agreement and pay for the days I was there. I was just waiting for Stacey to get back to me I spoke with her on the 5th re the walk through and utilities and she told me she had to talk to Mr N[redacted] what she was supposed to do.

The mountain view apartments are terriable .They are roach infested. Nobody will do anything about it and they also don't fix anything until you tell them that you want pay rent. They are very unorganized.
