My order was placed on 12/14/and I received a confirmation email On 12/24/I received a message that my order was shipped, but no tracking number was providedI emailed LivingDope on 1/5/to check the status of my orderOn 1/17/I was told there was no record of the size shirts I ordered and was asked to resubmit the sizes, which I did On 1/27/I emailed LivingDope to check the status of my order The last message I received from LivingDope was on 2/3/ I emailed them several times to no avail It took until March to get my $refunded, and that's only because I reported them to Discovercard and they went after LivingDope on my behalf This company should be shut down because all they do is rip off consumers

Approximately one week before Christmas 2015, I ordered T-shirts My credit card payment ($85) was immediately processed, but the order never was It is now January and still no shirts As asked in a supposed order update, I resent the order number and the details of what I originally ordered I have called repeatedly (no answer, just a voice mail message promising that they would get back to me), emailed many times (no response), and flayed my flesh over dealing with this company As I told them, at this point I feel like a "living dope." DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

I have filed a report with the Internet Crimes Complaint Center (in partnership with the FBI) and encourage others to do the same
I bought a tank top on Oct23rd for $(shipping & taxes were never included in the total amount)However, an additional mystery fee of $was added to the payment totalI received an email on Oct27th stating the size had been lost in the order process & to resubmit the shirt size via their websiteI submitted the size but never received shipment confirmation
I ended up cancelling my order via their website on Nov3rd after receiving no replyI called the customer service number XXX-XXX-XXXX but it was no longer in serviceI also called the XXX-XXX-XXXX phone number that was listed & was sent directly to voicemailOn Nov4th, the website had changed the number to XXX-XXX-XXXX but I was sent directly to voicemail again
From Nov3rd - Nov25th, I left a total of voicemails, emails & messages via the websiteIt's been two months later and I have received no response and no refundMy complaint is the same those on RipoffReport.com and the Revdex.com website
WARNING SIGNS:
*Their site is not secure as there is no https prefix to their web address
*WePay is used as the payment merchant instead of Paypal as Paypal has stricter guidelines & penalties when it comes to online fraud
*LivingDope.com's Facebook and Twitter accounts have disabled users from being able to comment (and therefore complain)The "likes" on Facebook and Twitter followers are quite possibly paid forTheir tweets are spam sent out to various Twitter usersCheck out https://twitter.com/livingdope and https://www.facebook.com/imlivingdope

*Their "Shipping & Returns" section mentions nothing regarding return instructions

Placed an order about 7 weeks ago, still waiting for my shirt can't get a refund because they don' t answer phone calls or emails

I emailed LivingDope on 1/5/15 to check the status of my order. On 1/17/15 I was told there was no record of the size shirts I ordered and was asked to resubmit the sizes, which I did. On 1/27/15 I emailed LivingDope to check the status of my order. The last message I received from LivingDope was on 2/3/15. I emailed them several times to no avail. It took until March 2015 to get my $51 refunded, and that's only because I reported them to Discovercard and they went after LivingDope on my behalf. This company should be shut down because all they do is rip off consumers.
