I'm unable to locate this company, can't get them by phone or email I purchase over a thousand dollars of dress making software and other productsProgram is not working and I'm unable to find the owner, for support

Just a little background,
I purchased this program a long time agoBut after several years and new upgrades to Windows the program would no longer work on the computerDuring that time the original people who created it(Marian Jand someone else) sold the business to some money grubbing people who stopped upgrading the old program so you had to buy the new one which runs about $for the doll shop proThe older program was $on a disk and the various add ons were $I bought a lot of themThe add ons now are $each
Well, I decided to buy the program again and little did I know that they are now using a sort of bait and switch to get you to buy the programMeaning that when you download the program before buying(you can't print anything unless you buy it) I bought it because I though the patterns that came with that download were part of the program because that's how it used to be and I thought it was great that for $you got SO manyWell, I was wrong and all those patterns I bought the program for were not part of my purchaseThey are so called "default" patterns now for some reasonI'm not going to spend another $for patterns that I thought were included in the $I paidFor a while I figured out how to print these so called "default" patterns that were not part of the package but now I can't do that
I asked on their forum why it was like that and got a very rude replySo I am just passing it aloyou download the program and are impressed with all the great styles of suits and dresses don't buy it for those patterns because you will not get them
It just galls me that something that used to be so great is now just a money making deal for those who own it$for something that is falsely being advertisedThe patterns they have now are just awfulI can copy some of the ones I want from my computer screen on tissue paper but they also took out the scroll bar so the larger ones like full length coats I can't do that with
