I much like the previous review; I attempted to have a car shipped from Edmonton to Halifax. It was delivered to the yard in YEG on December 12, it is now Jan. 9th and the car is just now leaving Toronto. I have just completed a call to customer services that was full of excuses and patronizing. Certainly unlike the conversation that was full of promise and hope when I dropped the car off. I wished I would have read the review prior....as I would never have chosen this Co. I would like to stress the importance of reading between the lines, they cannot and will not make your delivery...they site the statement “transport conditions" to mean "any delay deemed by them as reasonable". You will not get your car on time and you cannot electronically track your vehicle to determine if in fact it could have delays based on actually availability of truck or rail. It’s Livingston’s word, that there were no rail cars or trucks available...and 4 weeks is reasonable to ship this distance. (If in fact it gets to Halifax, as of today it isn't there). So if you want your vehicle under this time frame DO NOT use this Co. If you want assures, DO NOT use this CO. If you want Excuses....USE this Co.

We paid them $2000 to move our car from Nova Scotia to Alberta. We were given a timeline of 2 weeks so we had it sent to Calagary, where would be for 2.5 weeks.

It didn't arrive in Calgary until 3 weeks later. We're now in Lethbridge(2.5 hours away) and their only pick up hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-6. My husband works and I have vision issues so I cannot drive. We have no idea how to pick it up and Livingston had no sympathy. The customer service lady just remarked that those hours are better than the ones in Ontario. Then offered to have it delivered....for another $300+
