Livingston's Concrete Service, Inc.

OK, first off, the driver was on time and very helpful, and Livingston's was reputable. this is why I had my contractor use Livingston's for my concrete needs. Unfortunately, that is where the customer service stopped.
I contacted the main office to get a price break down i.e. concrete costs and coloring costs. I was put on hold three different times, and then fed lines of BS from the staff about not being able to provide that information because I didn't place the original order.
Customer service is everything. However, if I cannot get a simple price breakdown over the phone for something I came in and paid for personally, something needs to change in the operating procedures at Livingston's.
Let me conclude by saying, I have served in the US Army for over 24 years, and this is the first time in more states and countries than I can count, that I was not given the information I requested for something I paid for. I urge everyone reading this to find another source of concrete.
