Livotis Old World Market

Review: I purchased a gift card at Livoti's Old World Market for $150.00 for a friend. Card was invalid when used to purchase items. Receipt showed $0.00 balance. Card and receipt have matching account numbers. Store register is computerized. I payed with debit card and $150.00 was deducted from my account. Shouldn't manager be able to tract if and when card was used? Register should have been $150.00 over at the end of the day if card was not loaded properly. My friend and I spoke with management and were told the card was probably used by someone. Again wouldn't a computer register have access to this information? I am asking full compensation for my gift card. It is obvious to me that their account records are inaccurate and need to be scruitinized. Thank you for your time in this matter.
