I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me and the matter has not been resolvedwhy did it take liza browns auto crop.all this time to answer My future plans am I concerned of what vehicle I choose to drive is my concern the fact of the matter remains you were expected to do a job and a sloppy one you guys didYou called sayin car is read however you forgot to install front bumper cover neverthless charging $beside parts and labor you did not forget yet my car is readyYesI believe that called insurance fraudthe estimate can refelt that factIn closing the Wednesday that was mentioned in where the car was to be drop off but never was drop offWhy drop off when front bumper cover was never order againoh but it makes it okay to charge forget and it's okay I'll still have it my way Nice JOB Lizas Brown's auto cropi hope to see you in court soonthank you Revdex.com

To Whom It May Concern: In response to the complaint ID# ***The customer didn’t address this complaint with me until after he put in a complaint with The Revdex.comI received a call from the customer and the first thing he addressed was that he made a complaintHe asked to
meet with me and we didHe addressed his concerns and I asked him to come the following Wednesday/July *** and he never showedHe then called me that Friday and told me he was trying to trade in the car and would not be bringing it in and then informed him I needed to know what his plans were because I had to respond to this complaintHe expressed he wanted the money for bumper cover and lower trimWe tried to get him to bring the car back to address his concernsHe continiously stated he wasn’t worrying about itHe just wanted the moneyHe then called back the following week stating he traded the car in and wanted the money. My first conversation with *** *** when he first brought the car to the shop was, he needed to know how long it would take to fix the car because he was planning to trade it in but then got into an accidentHe didn’t want the dealer to know he got into an accidentWe fixed what was in the estimateHe wasn’t happy with the paint job and I asked him to bring it backThe parts were bought exactly as stated in the estimateI went over that with him.
