Lizard Lick Towing & Recovery

On 2/7/2012 I paid "The Lick Nation" $50 thru [redacted]. This was for a package deal exclusively for fans, membership to website & merchandise.The fee charged was for website membership and they were to send fan merchandise (t-shirt, DVD, coozie). The people accepting the payments and handling this for "The Lick Nation"(ie.Lizard Lick Towing) was [redacted] and [redacted]. I never received the merchandise. I have emailed multiple times, messaged [redacted]-owner of Lizard Lick Towing and he told me to contact "[redacted]" at [redacted]. I called [redacted] on 7/17 and explained the situation to her, she said she would talk to [redacted] and call me back-she never called. I called 2 weeks later and they told me there was no "[redacted]" that worked there. I left a message for [redacted] to call me-he never called. I have posted messages to them, called them, emailed them and I receive no action in return. Thru other members, I have found they did this to a lot of others too. The fee they charged was excessive in that we received no merchandise and access to the website is public, not private. We got nothing but they took $50 from customers for nothing in return. Desired SettlementI want refunded my money in the form of a good check, cashier's check or money order. I want them to ask others who did not receive their merchandise and refund their money also. [redacted] and [redacted] are or were employees who were handling this transaction for Lizard Lick Towing. Since Lizard Lick was their employers, they need to pay me back or forward information of how to contact those who have my money.
