Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As a long time customer of this business, I take offense to the fact that I have been call unreasonable, simply because the piece of clothing that is being questioned was photographed in a misleading advertisement This particular sale was advertised to be live in the boutique and online This dress may have been placed on sale before or after I called it to the companies attention, but it was not placed on sale online, which this sale was said to be offered I did not respond to the sale based off a flier, it was an internet ad They advertised all shorts, tops, and skirts 50% off When I arrived in the store to make a purchase, I was told that the shorts I wanted to purchase were not summer shorts, but something called transition shorts I felt extremely mislead and was angry At this point, a Lizard Thicket employee also mentioned she thought it would be all the items as advertised I will not mention Lizard Thicket on Facebook or Instagram from this point forward I will however, exercise my right to inform people about my experiences of being grossly mislead if they mention they are going to shop there The bottom line is that I have spent several hundreds of dollars there and I was mislead and Lizard Thicket does mislead their customers Fact, they advertised a piece of clothing as 50% off for a sale that was to be held in boutiques and online, but the item was not on sale online Fact, this is advertising As a consumer, I will also exercise my right to file Revdex.com complaints and write about my experience in any consumer feedback website that I feel appropriate I would like Lizard Thicket to be transparent and consistent in their sale advertisements If they value their customers as much as they say they do, they will make it obvious that only select items are on sale, not advertise "all" of item is on sale, when it isn't They will also make sure that 100% of the items they advertise on sale in boutiques and online are indeed on sale, in BOTH places that are identified in their sale advertisements Regards, [redacted] ***

Arizona.  During our 30 years, we have never received a RevDex.com complaint of any kind; thus, we are concerned about one

work hard to have great customer relations every day.
Simply put, the complaint filed by this customer claiming we
did not sell a product as advertised in a postcard mailer is false.  The
clothes modeled in the ad are on sale in
our boutiques.  The sale started at 8 am and by the afternoon the sales
items were nearly depleted.  We respect our customers and understand our
job is to do every reasonable act to make the customer happy.  However, we
cannot make unreasonable people happy.
Any further attempts to use the internet
to slander, defame or libel our brand will be met with swift legal action, and
we hereby demand a retraction of false and misleading statements.  Our
loyal customers are the best and they can bank on our 30 year investment in
doing things ethically.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As a long time customer of this business, I take offense to the fact that I have been call unreasonable, simply because the piece of clothing that is being questioned was photographed in a misleading advertisement.  This particular sale was advertised to be live in the boutique and online.  This dress may have been placed on sale before or after I called it to the companies attention, but it was not placed on sale online, which this sale was said to be offered.  I did not respond to the sale based off a flier, it was an internet ad.  They advertised all shorts, tops, and skirts 50% off.  When I arrived in the store to make a purchase, I was told that the shorts I wanted to purchase were not summer shorts, but something called transition shorts.  I felt extremely mislead and was angry.  At this point, a Lizard Thicket employee also mentioned she thought it would be all the items as advertised.  I will not mention Lizard Thicket on Facebook or Instagram from this point forward.  I will however, exercise my right to inform people about my experiences of being grossly mislead if they mention they are going to shop there.  The bottom line is that I have spent several hundreds of dollars there and I was mislead and Lizard Thicket does mislead their customers.  Fact, they advertised a piece of clothing as 50% off for a sale that was to be held in boutiques and online, but the item was not on sale online.  Fact, this is false advertising.  As a consumer, I will also exercise my right to file Revdex.com complaints and write about my experience in any consumer feedback website that I feel appropriate.  I would like Lizard Thicket to be transparent and consistent in their sale advertisements.  If they value their customers as much as they say they do, they will make it obvious that only select items are on sale, not advertise "all" of item is on sale, when it isn't.  They will also make sure that 100% of the items they advertise on sale in boutiques and online are indeed on sale, in BOTH places that are identified in their sale advertisements.
