Lizzie's refused to perform warranty work on a garage door problem with sunlight causing the door not to close properly, rather trying to extort money I am entering a complaint against Lizzie's Garage Doors, ***, Nashua, NH Phone: ***On July 28, 2017, Lizzie's replaced garage doors at my homeThis installation, priced at $(credit card payment), was adequate, however, one door refuses to close in the morning when the sun is shining inThis door has the automatic "eyes" that supposedly prevents an accident from happening if something/someone walks under the door while it is closingThe other door does not have the eyes, and does not have the problemAlso, prior to the installation of the doors, the previous doors did not have this problem; the same door also had the eyes installed, but when the sun was shining in the morning, the door closed properly
I called Lizzie's several times over a period of a few months to report this problem and ask

On January __, 2017, Lizzy's Garage Door Company replaced a damaged panel to my garage doorThe technician told me that to propoerly aligh the panel with the rest of the door, they would have to return when the weather warmedI called the company __ times in may, in June, in July and in AugustThe people answering the phone were hostile to me but said they left messages with ***, the business ownerI called *** on his cell phone as wellHe never replied and the office staff would not schedule a service visitI emailed them in lat august telling them I would have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, but I never heard from themSo I am filing a complaint to have service completedI paid for this service in full upon installation of the panelI guess I should have withheld payment until they returned but I was operating on good faith since I purch
