I've used Lizzy Bee's for several years now. She's always been very fast and helped me maximize the deductions I could take for my business. I also do yearly consultations with her and she lead me to the right business structure for tax savings as well as pointed out a few employee credits I was missing. She is the best!
Lizzy is the most unreliable person in the business! I paid her to not only handle my accounting needs, but she was to handle my HR side of the business as well. Things started good enough. She set up my Quick Books, and communicated well. Once the time came for me to bring on employees she walked me through it and said she would handle everything else. She rarely paid my employees on time, she never filed the 941's that she said she did, she gave my receipts to other companies and vise versa. She told me she was going to file the biennial report and never did. She did my taxes for three years, and every year she did them wrong. They all had to be refiled.
Lizzy Bee's is a fraudulent tax and accounting company. We paid her every month to do our payroll and track our income and expenses for our business. She missed several payrolls which necessitated us having to transfer our bookkeeping to a other company. Then we discovered that she had failed to enter any of our 2018 income and expenses so she was unable to produce our business return. After multiple promises that she would email it to us "soon" she stopped responding to our texts. We finally had to hire another a accountant to do our 2018 business return. Did I mention that she had also screwed up our 2017 business return? That had to be amended as well as our 2017 personal return. Between what we paid Lizzy for work she didn't do and paying our new accountant, Lizzy cost us over $5,000

I contracted Lizzy Bee's in January to do some forensic Accounting that I required for a divorce trial set in May. I paid her in full in January and never received any reports from her at all. I upload numerous files for her to review and she was suppose put together a spread sheet as well as analyze spending patterns. I never received anything. She was also suppose to do my taxes and after I was unable to contact her she would not return my calls so on April 17 I filed for an extension with the IRS as I did not know if she had done my taxes are not. She gave me no indication that she would need to file an extension. I attempted to contact her with numerous phone calls as well as going to her office and was unable to get my tax paperwork are any of the other paperwork that I had submitted to her returned. I never received any formal report or evidence that she had worked on my case whatsoever. I did manage to catch up with her after the trial where I had no accounting rep
In January 2017 the client had contract forensic accounting services to observe, and potentially discover, spending patterns of the defendant during divorce proceedings. Her intent was to show the defendant "scammed" the client out of money during the marriage. During our initial contact, my firm had asked the client if she would be needing any official reporting for the courts, and the client had declined. The client had deposited a retainer amount which was used toward any consultations and work provided to her, which she has received an invoice detailing those amounts. She had also asked the firm to prepare her 2016 tax returns and asked that we deduct the amount she would owe for those services from the remainder of her retainer that would have been due back to her. The firm did not ignore attempts of contact from her. Only one occasion were we not readily available to her as we were out of town handling other clients. She has/had multiple ways to contact us as she knows we travel to remote locations, and has used those methods of contact on numerous occasions. The client and I had spoken frequently (except for the week we were out of town) and I personally had requested multiple forms of information from the client from the onset, which were not delivered until 2 days prior to the divorce hearing. Our contract did not promise her success in court, appearances in court, or representation. She merely asked that we find any discrepancies and monies that may be owed to her, which we did. We have since provided a refund amount of $625.00 as a courtesy to the client, although services rendered exceeded the retainer amount. Currently my firm is receiving counsel from an attorney about protecting my rights against other false and malicious statements made by this client.

I am rejecting this response because:
Her entire response is false. We were not in contact closely. I sent her multiple items starting in January. I have never received any kind of documentation from her at all other than her filing my taxes late except an invoice a few weeks ago. She has still to this day not refunded a single dollar of my money. I have a voicemail from her stating that she was giving me a FULL REFUND because she stated she could not help with my court proceedings because I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED ALREADY AND HER SERVICES WOULDN'T HAVE HELPED ME. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a company in my life.
On top of all this, she put pictures of my name and phone number on her Facebook page while discussing my PRIVATE PERSONAL case with my friends. She is bound by confidentiality laws and broke these too.
I have documentation to prove my case, both with screen shots and a log of conversations and emails. She can't prove any of her claims as they are false.
Again, I remind you, she has given me NOTHING at all that she charged me for other than completing my taxes, which were poorly done.
