I placed an order with this company over months agoIt states that it was shipped one month ago, but the tracking info wasn't available besides thatI've now sent emails several days apart asking for some answers and cannot seem to get a responseThis outfit was for my daughter to wear on July 4th, but it doesn't seem as though it will be here for thatI am incredibly disappointed with my experience, as well as the lack of customer service
I ordered an out fit for my child several months ago.after a few weeks a called and they told me its on the way,a few weeks later I called again and the same answer.ove a month and I finally got ahold of someone on their facebook page and she appologized for the delay and even offered me a free outfit for the delay and mix up.so now im blocked from the facebook page and no one will return my calls or emails,I just want the outfit I paid for,it sad that a buisness that I have baught several things from is ruind my buying expriace with them
I ordered outfits on July 11th and thought it was odd they took out the money before shipping, but thought maybe they shipped and forgot to notify me Here it is one month later and no outfits!! My granddaughter's birthday has come and gone and I have no outfits and they have my money!!! I have sent them emails and no response!! I am beyond angry!!!!!
My wife had purchased (2) outfits from the Lizzy Lace Boutique We had received the outfits after a month and half after purchasing them The item included a bow, necklace and the all accessories, but those items were never shipped I had contacted the company via e-mail and spoke to a person the phone (2) days before Memorial Day The person had told me that she hired a new girl and was forgetting to mail out of the accessories and she would ship them via Priority Mail It has been almost (4) weeks and I still have not receive the merchandise I had contacted the company again (via Facebook messenger) and the person who responded was extremely rude and not helpful at all! The person offered a refund but I wanted the merchandise that I had paid for The person (once again) said they would ship the missing items via Priority Mail It has been a week, and nothing was shipped I will be contacting my credit card company and filing a request to refund my money Avoid this business!!!!
