LJ Appliance

On November 1, 2017 I called my Home Warranty Company, American Home Shield (who I might add is just as bad of a company as this one), to have my appliance fixed. On November 7, 2017 this crook came to my rental property to assess the problem, he explained to me on the phone THAT same day a part would need to be ordered. Two weeks go by and I called him again, right before Thanksgiving to be exact, because I wanted to make sure my tenant had a properly working appliance. Nothing. It is now Jan 9th and after multiple attempts to get a hold of this company, whose now taken my money to do a job that he NEVER finished, he's ignored me. This man is a crook, and a liar. It's plain to see after not only seeing the reviews on google, which are all negative, and stating that he's taken people's money, but he never done the job he was PAID to do. I want to warn other's of this terrible, terrible company, and hope you don't do business with someone who steals money from people who work hard for it!

We have a small laundry Mat for our tenants that has 6 washers & 6 dryers. I called LJ Appliance 8/8, (A company I had used once before) to fix 3 of our machines. He showed up on 8/9, diagnosed the 3 different problems, said he "fixed all three" and gave me a bill of $625 for parts & Labor. I paid him, thanked him, and sent him on his way. The next day 8/10, I was alerted that none of the 3 machines were working. I then called LJ back to tell him the problem. He said he was really busy and would come out in the next couple of days to figure it out. 6 days later 8/16 he shows up, starts in with some story about how he was not responsible because they were working when he left. I told him that was not acceptable and that he could either give me my money back or fix them correctly. He decided to look at the machines again. He went back to the Laundry Mat for 30 minutes or so, then came back to my office. He then gave me the keys to the machines, and said he would be back later with some other tools he needed. I have called and texted him several times but have not heard back or seen him since.
