Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
But I wasn't the only one yelling and screaming and the CEO was not very nice.

*** *** and *** *** co-purchased a Kirby back August 28'\ As a stipulation for the purchase, the finance company requested proof of incomeMiss *** and Miss ***award letters from the Social Security Administration served as said proof of incomeMiss *** gave
the manager her and Miss *** awards letters with the condition that he would return them as soon as possible after sending copies to the finance companyUnfortunately, the manager did not communicate this with our secretary who, after faxing the required documents to the finance company, shredded the documents.Obviously we cannot recover the documents once they have been shreddedWe as LDistributing Inchave no way of truly recovering the documents, as we are not *** *** nor *** ***.The ladies contacted the office shortly after their purchase and spoke with the manager who was under the presumption that the documents were still in the office with the secretaryAs a result, he told Miss *** that he would have them sent out immediatelyHowever he would later find out, after his call with Miss *** and a conversation with the secretary that the documents had been shredded.Miss *** would call the office again, notably very upsetWe apologized several times to her and explained that the documents were accidentally shreddedTo no avail, Miss *** remained extremely upset and started yelling and screaming on the phoneAt this point, the CEO was brought onto the call to try and rectify the situationHe expressed our deepest and most sincere apologies,after which he asked her "How would you like me to resolve the matter?" "What can I do to make you happy?"Miss *** continued to yell and scream into the phone at the CEOHe eventually realized that he wasn't getting any closer to calming her down nor resolving the situation at that particular time.Consequently, be told Miss *** that he will attempt to get copies of the document from the finance companyAnd that though they do not have the original copies of her and Miss *** awards lettersthey maybe able to send us copies of what we initially faxed themIn addition, the CEO went online and found a way for Miss *** to replace the shredded documents with new originalsShe would simply have to make a phone call at any time from Monday-Friday from 7am - 7pm or create an account online with the Social Security AdministrationThis would allow her and Miss *** to get an original copy of their awards letters from the Social Security Administration.We are extremely sorry that their documents were shredded but unfortunately there's nothing we cando to get the documents backNevertheless, we are sending this response with the online page that gives the phone number and web address she can use to get original documents from the Social Security AdministrationWe don't know what morewe can do at this pointWe can apologize again but evidently she is not accepting our apologyMoreover, we undestand and can empathize with her frustration but we can't un-shred the documentsContrary to her belief, none of this was done with malicious intent This was simply a misunderstanding between a manager and a secretaryAgain, weare extremely sorryAttached is the information we sent herIf further comments, action or response are needed, please contact LDistributing Inc-at *** *** and/or fax: *** ***,Thank you.Sincerely,Human Resources DepartmentLDistributing hw

The [redacted] were told after contacting the office that the credit card would be processed on Monday june 13,2016 and that is exactly what happened. Unfortunately credit card information as well...

as contracts contain sensitive information, that is only accessible to 2 people in the company. the book keeper and the owner of the company were out of the office at the end of the previous week therefore the credit card was returned as soon as they returned on Monday morning. This was explained to the [redacted] when they contacted the office the week before the card was credited. Mr [redacted] called the office very upset on 6/15/16 and spoke with the owner regarding the issue. It was explained that the card had been processed on Monday as promised just a few days earler. Mr. [redacted] was advised to call his credit card company and ask where the money was or how long it takes to return, because the money had been removed from our acct in the full amount of $1855.00. As of this written response we have not heard from Mr. [redacted] again. So I assume the. $1855.00 that the credit card company took out of the LJA business acct has been returned to Mr. [redacted].
