Tenant failed to give day notice. Unit was not cleanedBedroom carpet had a stain. Living room carpet was stained. Home smelled of pet urine. Previous management company did not have a MoCondition form. When requested; Tenant did not provide a Mo Condition form, pictures, or any other documentation showing condition at move in. Documentation was requested so we could resolve the issue. Instead Tenant filed a complaint and sent inappropriate texts to me. Thank you for your assistance with this complaint.
