Hello Mrs [redacted], thank you for listened to me about the complain that Mrs [redacted] put about my business. She hire my company to remodel her Condo on 9/8/2016, we suppose to remove the kitchen cabinets and installed new cabinets, renovate bathroom and change cabinet and installed new tub....

Paint all walls and doors. All this work was done according what the contract called for. Mrs [redacted] was very happy with the work and she complained that she did not have any money and if we cut do the plumbing for her and say no because she has to hire a plumber to do the work which she did it. The plumber came and he supposed to do the installation of the plumbing and gas lines which explained to her that we don't do that, and she said that it was ok for us to do it that and her husband told my employees that was ok that they will not complain since his wife did not wanted to pay for the extra work. We did not suppose to touch any electrical fixtures, she asked my worker to install the fixtures without my permission told her that my electrician will charge her $100.00 an hour and she told me that she did not have the money. So all the electrical with exception of the outlets that we told her that we will change them for her was done for free. Every day she will hug me and kiss me on the chick and tell me thank you So much for the wonderful work we were doing. Ones we finish the job she invited me for a dinner told me that was her birthday and deserved to go with her to a dinner to a good Italian restaurant for the great job I have done for her. The building engineer called me and told me that was a leak from her tub coming down to the garage, I called him and I told him if he could take care of this problem since was not my job and he told me thar he will like it to do it but this woman was cracy and he was not doing it, So I call her and spoke with her husband and told him that I will be there the next day because I was on another job in Annapolis, he said its ok as long as you came and help us, so I went and met with him the next day and fix it myself the next day I called him and asked him how was everything and he told me everything was ok. He told me that he will install more silicon on the shower door and take care of the light switches. This is my side of the job that was completed for Mrs [redacted] and her husband who is very mistreated and abused by her. if I did not finish the work and was not completed why she gave me the final payment and took me to dinner and told me what a wonderful person was. ???RegardsMarcelo P**
