Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This complaint is from [redacted] not [redacted] as shown.  I am the person that contacted your company and met with [redacted] and [redacted] on the inital visit. I do not accept this response due to the simple fact that [redacted] never once stepped foot in our office to check the work that was done.  When I came into the office March 16, 2015, to MY surprise the floors did not look as I expected them to. After several attempts to get a representative from Lj's to see the work we believe needs repair, their company cancelled 3 different times stating we cannot accomodate them.  We have made ourselves available on two different weekends and two weekdays.  Outrageous accusations that we are liars and all we want is free work done have been made when this is not true at all.  We are a large company that deals with multiple service companies and never once have we had a problem.  It was asked on the initial visit if the furniture could be moved and we were told "yes, no problem" by both [redacted] and [redacted].   We were never told of any increase (to move furniture) with the exception of when I asked how much it would cost to do the work in sections.  Again, you can see all correspondence showing there is TRUTH to our complaint and what we are saying. I am not sure how [redacted] can state that the areas of concern are seen if furniture is moved, when he has not come to our office to see for himself.  If you come to the office anyone can see WITHOUT moving funiture several areas of concern that need repair. You can even see some of the pictures attached showing areas where there is no furniture to move.  Such as along the walls.  There are a couple different areas in the hallways where you see footprints in the wax.  Unfortunately we were not able to take a picture of these.  Again, areas where there is no furniture.  We have had two other companies come to check the floor that have stated the floors look terrible.  Our janitor even asked when the floor work would be completed.  He was the first to see them as he cleans our office prior to us coming in on Mondays.  We also have paitents that have stated our floors look dirty and again, the areas patients see are open with no furniture.The problem is not the furniture but rather your lack of concern for the work your company provides, which in the case was unacceptable and very poor.  Any good comapny would be glad to see the areas of concern and make things right.  If it's an inconvenience for you to complete your work out of town than you should think twice about staying local.  At this point we have sent a check for the carpet work and after speaking with [redacted] we are going to pay 25% of the bill.  I just want people to be aware of how Lj's cleaning solutions operates.  I want to make other companies aware of the lack of customer service [redacted] gives in hopes that Lj's staff will either learn from this and get better and or no other company will ever have to deal with Lj's.Regards,[redacted]

This matter was resolved by [redacted] Chief Operating Officer and [redacted] on April 16, 2015. They came to the agreement.(see email below) I am not sure what [redacted] is doing our trying to say here.  [redacted] sound like a disgruntled employee.  [redacted] was not at the walk at the time of the work. [redacted] needs to look a the bid. There is no price to move furniture. [redacted] or myself did not tell any one that we would move furniture for free. The price you were give was only for your floors and carpet work. [redacted] did cut a check for full price for the carpet we cleaned for you. ACS seem very happy about our carpet cleaning. There is some assumption on the part of ACS that we would move the furniture, when it came to the floor work. LJ's did a great job with the carpets and we didnot move furniture as well? If you look back at the emails. I made mention to [redacted] this is not a healthy business relationship for LJ's. We have to many people making decisions on the part of ACS. This response even makes thing more confusing by [redacted] were you authorized to make the agreement with LJ's? If so, can you please bring [redacted] up to speed as to the agreement you made. As for our customer service. LJ's is rated one on the top company for service  and know how. We have countless of recommendations and customer satisfaction report. In and out of the state of Arizona. I am sorry that [redacted] feels the way she dose. But LJ's. Dose not or will not. Work for  FREE. [redacted] / CEO

This complaint is completely false. I have all email to an from [redacted]. This company looks for free services. To any service company out there. Stay away from doing any work for [redacted].  The problem is, they did not pay to have furniture to be moved when they...

wanted there floors wax. Please see bid in attachments. They were told of the increase and elected not to have the furniture moved. After the work was completed on March 14, 2015. [redacted] walked the job with our Supervisor [redacted]. [redacted] give him praised and job well done on that very same day the work was completed. Please see email for [redacted] that is attached.   [redacted] email state just that. This is something that she did not put in the complaint. In fact, the complaint states that She show up on the follow Monday March 16, 2015 and to complete amazement the  floors did not look as expected. This is not true at all. The complaint  from  the floor  is from area that they moved furniture from. See [redacted] email that state that as well.  [redacted] are very dishonest people. You can see the lie they tell with in the emails. My final email to them states that LJ's will not deal with them any longer. See email.

Lj's Cleaning solutions did not meet the expectations as a cleaning company.
From leaving the floors dirty to neglecting the duties we agreed to pay them for.
Lack of professionalism:
As a customer of your services we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality & the lack of integrity.
Consistently we have addressed the issues with the quality of work as it relates to the bid you submitted & agreed upon.
The weekly cleaning:
Kitchen area- Floors degrease, mopped & swept free of debris.
Lounge, dining- floors degrease, mopped & swept free of debris.
Bar area- enzyme drain cleaning, floors degrease, mopped & Swept free of debris- I cannot confirm the enzyme cleaning but the floor drains & floors were not clean or free of debris.
We would also like to bring up the lack of professionalism that has occurred when we have brought these issues to their management:
In more than one occasion when we have brought up these issues with your management team we have been yelled at & cursed at.
Today the management team cursed & threaten my company. The statement that he was tied in with Maricopa county & that he would be contacting them to file a complaint is very concerning, especially when they are supposed to be the ones cleaning & maintaining it. We consider it another form of intimidation & abuse towards a customer who is paying for the services that Lj's is supposed to honor.
We asked LJ's to leave because of how rude & irrational the conversation. It escalated into being accused of being racist & being called an [redacted] in front of the staff and our guests.

Review: On January 8, 2015 I contacted LJ's cleaning solutions, inquiring about a quote for floor stripping, buffing and re-waxing. I spoke with the CEO of the company who told me he would send me an email for my contact information. After receiving the email I emailed back with details as to what we were looking to have done. An appointment for January 15, 2015 was set up for the CEO to come to the office. Both the CEO and his partner showed up and took measurements, walked around the office with me and we had a conversation about specifics. Both gentlemen stood in the office and told me what we wanted would be no problem and even told us they could do our carpets as well. We asked specifics such as if moving various furniture would be a problem and we were told this would be no problem and that LJ's could definately take care of our needs. It was also suggested what other services they could provide to us. We received another email from the CEO explaining that he would have a quote to us by the next day. No quote was received. On January 20, 2015 I emailed the company explaining we really wanted to have our flooring done soon and when could they get the quote to us (as we still did not receive it 5 days later). I received an email stating the company was sorry and that the quote would be sent within the hour. Several emails were exchanged regarding the quote and scheduling for this service. Upon trying to schedule the appointment we asked how much time would be needed as we are a medical office and cannot close during the day. We were told 9 hours would be needed so I scheduled the appointment on a Saturday.

Saturday, March 14, 2015 LJ's crew showed up to the office in disbelief as they were not aware of how big the building was (at least that is what they said). The crew was asked how much time they would need and we were told about 10 hours. needless to say the crew left within 4 hours.

Monday, March 16, 2015 upon arriving at the office I started to notice the floors did not look as expected. I walked around noticing dirt, foot prints and stains under the waxed job. I noticed what looks like burn marks in the floor in different areas. I noticed white patches in multiple exam rooms causing our floors to look dirty. Several of our doctors asked why the floors were not done properly. Some of our patients has even commented that we need to get our floors done.

Upon trying to settle this matter on the initial phone call we were called names and liars by the CEO of the company. He stated his workers would have never done a bad job and that no one from his company would have told us they needed 9 hours for this job. He hung up the phone. The CEO called back to say he was sorry and that he wanted to resolve this matter and scheduled to come take a look at the job done. This appointment was scheduled for March 21, 2015 and he asked us to have a check ready. Saturday, March 21, 2015 we received an email stating the company was sorry as they were on their way but had something come up so they could not come. A second appointment was scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2015 in which the company cancelled again but asked for us to make payment. LJ's resecheduled a third time for Wednesday, April 8, 2015 and again cancelled. We stated to them that a check would not be cut until repairs were made and us as the customer was satisfied with the service given.

Due to the company not coming to the office for inspection we took it upon ourselves to send pictures showing some of the problem areas that we are not happy with. We received an email from the CEO explaining the job was done correctly and that certain things were not in the bid so they could not move furniture and if we want them to come back it would be an additional charge for the repairs and cost for moving furniture. Again, it is being asked of us to process our payment asap.

Today this company is not willing to come out and look at what we are requesting. All they want is payment for an unsatisfactory job. The CEO has made accusations that are not true. He has not stepped foot in the building to see the visible problems on hand. No consumer should not have to go through this ever and no company that treats their customers this way should be in business.

Review: We were quoted a price of $278.51 (which I have documentation of) to have our floors stripped of wax by LJS Cleaning Solutions. We hired them to do the stripping. When stripping our floors the machine was faulty and it blew waxy residue onto our walls. After completion of the project, the owner of the company called my office manager and told her that we were misquoted on the job and that it should have been $525.00. She told him that we would work with him on the difference he agreed to do that. She informed him of the damage to the walls. He told her that the machine that they used was faulty and that is why that happened. We paid $800.00 to get the walls painted in our office to cover the damage that was caused by LJ's Cleaning Solutions. We did not ask Jerry (the owner) to pay for the painting or expect him to eat any of that cost.

Today, 10/30/2013 we got a bill from him for 525.00. We called his office to discuss the bill with them, because I was led to believe that the cost would be adjusted down due the fact that they under quoted the price. Jerry was very rude to my office manager, yelled at her, and threatened not only to turn us over to collections and contact his lawyer, but to also ruin our name as a business. We never refused to pay, we only wanted to compromise on a price, as we had not been informed that we were misquoted until AFTER the job was completed, and had to deal with ruined paint on our walls.Desired Settlement: Working with this company has been very unpleasant, and we feel we were and continue to be mistreated.

After talking with [redacted] about the quoted a price of $278.51. She is correct. Our Sale man [redacted] that quoted her did not realize the office had a polyurethane floor. Not a regular wax product. This is something, which is found out by the customer or the start of the work that will be performed. Unfortunately, we did not find out until the job was started. I did inform [redacted] that the price would increase do the type of product on the floor. [redacted] was not happy about the news, but did give us the okay to proceed. Yes, as our work continued we did have a wet vac break down on crew. Without realizing, that some of the water had spit out onto the wall. This is all correct. I did send [redacted] and email.
