Fail to refund a cash deposit on a vehicle that was never purchased. The vehicle was falsely represented.A [redacted] deposit was paid in cash on [redacted] 2014, for which we have a receipt, for a [redacted] with the vin # [redacted] (add was placed on [redacted] post id # XXXXXXXXXX on [redacted] 2014). This vehicle was advertised as a [redacted] which we found through our insurance company, [redacted] was a [redacted] first request for refund was made on [redacted] 2014 a verbal agreement was made and it was agreed a refund check would be issued on [redacted] 2014 which was never received. After several conversations no refund has been received even though it was stated that a bank check had been drawn and sent. As of today, [redacted] 2014, there have been several conversations with a representative with unsatisfactory results.
