The Baby Shoot is a courtesy we give to all of our clients to keep relationships going.It only includes the actual shoot which it sates on the contractThis is the sitting feeAll portrait studio's charge a sitting fee and then you can choose a package to purchase the pictures that you want. There is no "bait and switch" practice as the complainant states, going onOur Gallery has many sample albums in all shapes and size's to display our Photograph'sThe contract states the size album the client was gettingWe pride ourselves on our reputation and have not had one complaint against us over the Baby Shoot that comes as a courtesy with the packageThere is no monetary value of the shoot aloneIt is part of the package.The client is more than welcome to still come in and take the shoot with our Baby PhotographerThe images will go on a online website and the client can view themThen they have the choice to purchase a package, individual pictures or they can purchase the entire Shoot on DVD.  The salesmen at Jovon never mentioned anything that we had to pay additionally for our photos. We were always under the assumption that the baby shot included at the least rough photos. If the business is saying that they will give us a photo shot but no photos what are we actually getting? just a person to take the photos? and jovon keeps our photos?  Our salesmen David neglected to tell us any of this when we sat down with him.   When someone walks through the doors at jovon and asks for a baby shoot they should give a clearer understanding to the client of what they are getting... what a shot includes.  We will settle on a cash refund for the price of the baby shot.   The other bait and switch practices will be ignored. for example when David showed us the most beautiful wedding album and told us this is what we would be getting. Then when we sat down to pick out the pictured for the album, the album that was included in our package wasn't the one that was showed to us. That one was another $350. (which we paid) and only 70 photos. with a price of $20+ per extra photo.

We received this complaint and it is inaccurate. Everything in the clients photography package has been fulfilled on our end with the exception of 1 enlargement. The client does still have One more Enlargement due which the Client has acknowledged through email with us and just placed the order on...

This is also now in process. As for the mentioning of spending another $1000.00 above the contract price of $4750.00, was the clients choice to add in more pictures to their album then what was included when they signed with us. Again this was their choice. We do not force anyone to purchase more than what was included. As for the majority of the complaint, the Baby Shoot was and is included.The Baby photo shoot is included in our In house Portrait Studio. Only the baby shoot is included which is on the Contract. Any blow ups, digital Files or DVD of the shoot is additional. Again, only the actual shoot is included which is written on the contract. There is NOT a minimum fee of $500 as the client stated. We emailed the client a price list of all different options they can choose from. They do not have to purchase anything from the shoot if they do not want to. We do not think it is fair for them to state they no longer want to work with our company AFTER they received the items in the contract. (Printed Proofs, Photo Album, and Enlargements) The only item left is the Baby Shoot which we are more than willing to do at anytime. Thank you, [redacted]
