We received the letter from Revdex.com for ID[redacted] 3/11/ 2014 for the complaint from [redacted] called us on 3/7/2014 and told us what had happened with the sale of a radio he purchased from one of our salespeople and we refunded his card the day he called for the radio he never received. A call tag was sent to him for the return of the radio he had received and he was told as soon as it were returned he would be refunded for that radio. He did not seem
concerned about the one for the call tag. We do not feel we were given the appropriate time to handle the situation before [redacted] contacted you. If you have any more concerns please let us know. Thank you for your time.

Ordered car stereo for $65. Shipped and was wrong stereo. Called company, they offered to send correct stereo and return mailing label for first stereo. Next day a charge of $115 had been applied to my account. I called to inquire. Second stereo was now $90! Made decision at that point to cancel order. Was told second stereo shipment was cancelled in time and credit would be applied to my account. Shipping label for first stereo was still being sent. Over a week later and no credit or label. No return phone calls requesting info. about situation either.
