Good MorningWe have denied this warranty claim based on our inspectors recommendation. The transmission was not installed correctly into the vehicleBy doing so, this caused the torque convertor to become seized with the front pump causing the failure of the transmissionAt this time we will
not be able to further assist you with this part We believe that the reason for the denial of this claim is valid
