that the customer did not receive a refund of their down paymentThe customer has left out key facts concerning the transactionThe customer did receive a company check from L&L Auto Sales in the amount of $on June 1, The credit was approved contingent on the information given by the customer regarding employment and incomeWhen the lender tried to confirm the information they supplied on their application, the information was not trueThis caused the lender to decline the credit applicationA condition of a loan was that a GPS system be installedThis work had already been performed and the cost of labor to install and remove the unit ($300) was deducted from the deposit of $1,The customer had use of this vehicle for over a month before the vehicle was returnedThe customer additionally states that they performed mechanical work to the vehicleThis was not authorized by our dealership and no receipts for the work have ever been produced, even after multiple request for this informationOther work prior to the delivery of the vehicle had been requested and all agreed and approved work had been completed as agreedAdditionally the cost of the repairs stated by the customer is nearly double what this type of work normally costsFor these reasons, we are unable to cover these costThey performed this work on their own with no promise that is was to be covered by the dealershipWe acknowledge this situation has been a complicated and difficult transaction, but as a dealership we certainly feel we performed our roles as a dealership in accordance to all the principles and values upheld by the Revdex.comAs a goodwill effort on the part of the dealership, management has agreed to offer $to the customer to resolve this issuePlease feel free to contact me if you need any additional details for this complaintThank you, Adrianne L*** Office Manager L&L Auto Sales *** (575) 523-

that the customer did not receive floor mats. The customer did receive floor mats but he wanted the factory floor mats. The first time this oversight was brought to our attention was from the complaint filed with the Revdex.com. The correct mats were immediately addressed when the oversight was brought to our attention. The customer stated his battery was not working. Mr. [redacted] was outside his New Mexico Consumer Warranty period but as a goodwill gesture, we agreed to reimburse him for the battery he replaced. Mr. [redacted] is a repeat customer and we have always tried to meet his needs a valued customer. Mr. [redacted] had agreed to withdraw the complaint and the dealership had considered the issue resolved. We acknowledge this situation was a simple miscommunication, but as a dealership we certainly feel we performed our roles as a dealership in accordance to all the principles and values upheld by the Revdex.com. We purchased a vehicle through this company in April and put a deposit (down payment) down in the amount of $1000. We were told we were approved, signed the paperwork, and were given possession of the vehicle. We returned several times within the month after purchasing the vehicle to inquire about receiving copies of the paperwork that we signed. We never got a straight answer. Shortly after we took possession of the vehicle, the engine started to smoke and required over $500 worth of repairs. The dealership did not relinquish our full deposit and said that the repairs were "unapproved" therefore they won't pay for them, although the problem (and several others) was present when the vehicle was purchased. A complaint has been filed with the Revdex.com.
