Cus***ers husband asked us to redo the floor for him we agreed to redo the floor I have not heard any response from him in over a month he is nowhere to be found he cannot be contacted I do not understand what is going on most of the stuff that Terry bisio said in the complaint is no further comment

On May L&L was contracted to do a deep clean of my house when I returned home that day I submitted pictures to L&L that showed a deep clean, if any clean was not performed I was told and have copies of messages emails that I would be given back my $I have been told by Tom D [redacted] For over a month that he would refund me first he tried through [redacted] and twice pay [redacted] said there was no money in the account so he could refund me this bought Tom time to continue to drag out refunding meTom has numerous times sent me an email saying a check for $is in the mail I have never received this check and he refuses to refund me

We hired this company to rebuild a gazebo and paid half up front The two guys they had come out to do the project did not know what they were doing and caused the entire gazebo to collapse When they tried to put it back together, the work was horrible, unacceptable and hazardous When we would call the owner to complain, all he would do is belittle and bully my husband The work they did was less than professional and will have to be re-done He would not give us our money back and was very hateful and unprofessional when we tried to reason with him

We had this company rebuild our front steps They had to come back multiple times to get it right, their workers clearly were there to collect a paycheck and nothing more Their construction knowledge is limited at best It has been just over a year and the tiles are popping up already I would not recommend this company at all The owner was the only person worth speaking to, but unfortunately he cannot hire subcontractors that will help keep his business afloat

Hired L&L contracting to finished out deck that had already been 90% completed by another company Had a long list of items to have done such as add a gutter, add tongue and groove ceiling, add deck skirtingAfter three weeks from when they said they would start (and three weeks was the estimated finish date) nothing had been done Not one thing can be checked off the list as finished As the beginning of the tongue and groove installation noticed to be incorrectly applied, I called the owner and told him I was unhappy with the was it was being done and he said I didn't specify that I wanted to the boards to be staggered and not a crooked seam in the middle of the ceiling Also the company has ruined things that didn't need to be finished such as drilling holes in my screwless composite deck and saying it was an "experiment" to try and stop a squeak as well has dripped waterproof sealant stains all over my new composite decking

*** *** gave a down payment of $to L&L Contracting Services, Ltd to do the following, starting 9/5/17, ending 9/8/17, as presented in the signed proposal which read:
Sand and strip hardwood flooring upper level of house RestainHardwood flooring Reseal Polyurethane Coating, Semi-gloss Removal of all personal belongings to be stored in Pod in front of property Put back belongings When job is completed, full cleaning @ N/C
We did not rent a Pod, but vacated the garage in the back for all belongings
A crew of men, 5-women arrived The women moved the furniture They started sanding while most furniture remained in the house We left the house and stayed in a hotel the next nights We did check in 9/and again, most furniture and large rugs remained in the house We were assured that all was well and on schedule

I am rejecting this response because:L and L Contracting is lying.  We have hired an attorney to handle this matter.  L and L, clearly did not have the skill to refinish our hardwood floors.  We cannot trust them to repair our floors, as clearly, they do not have the experience to fix our floors.  We have photographs documenting the DAMAGE they have done.  The floors are shiny, then opaque and are not uniform at all. Floors show bubbling and uneven application of the polyurethane.  Some areas show a white discoloration.  Baseboards were damaged by paint removal and sander marks.  They did not remove some of the furniture which was cast with dust.  An armoire was scratched and damaged.  Some areas were never sanded, stained or varnished.  Grass, hair and other debris lies imbedded in the polyurethane that was placed on the floors.  The floors were damaged with the sander.  Foot prints and even dog prints are imbedded in the polyurethane.   The owner, Tim, stated, "Sorry, a dog walked thru the house when the polyurethane was not dry".  When rugs were replaced, they further covered additional damage that this team did to my floors.  If you wish, we can send photographs of the damage.  We invite you to view the damage. We have had 2 hardwood floor professionals walk through the damage.  They were appalled at the damage. Our attorney has served them papers.  Not sure if L and L has responded.  2 L and L workers agreed that the job was poorly executed.  We do not wish to have this inexperienced group try to repair our floors.   When I arrived home after being gone for 3 days, I reluctantly paid the remaining $1300.  The company left.  I walked through the house and further determined the damage to my floors.  I called [redacted], siting all the poor workmanship.  He said they would return in 2 weeks and "buff out" the problems.  My husband returned home and asked [redacted] if [redacted], a blind woman, had attempted to refinish our floors.  I called my bank to stop payment of my check.  [redacted] called my husband saying that they would put a lien on my house if we didn't pay the $1300.  [redacted] sent a cashiers check to him.  We showed our attorney the floors.  He said we should never have paid the $1300 for the damage inflicted.  We are hopeful that L and L has business insurance to repair our floors (by a professional).  Many thanks Revdex.com.
