Reference Number: [redacted]   Aloha Mr. [redacted],   Thank you for writing and letting us know of our customer, [redacted], concerns regarding one of our franchised L&L Hawaiian Barbecue restaurants in [redacted].   We are investigating your concerns with the customer service and food quality at that location. We have also forwarded your message to the operators of the [redacted] location for their review.   To make good of this matter, the operators are willing to provide a store credit of $10.18 and we will also send her an official L&L T-shirt.   I assure you that the customer's comments has been addressed with the staff at that location to prevent this situation from happening again.   L&L Hawaiian Barbecue strives to maintain the highest quality in both our food and service and we appreciate any comments or concerns that you have regarding our restaurants. Review: Company served raw cold ginger chicken, with blood still coming out of the meat and bone marrow was still blood red. Company refuses to give refund or compensation and manager refused to discuss the matter with us over the phone.Desired Settlement: Would like to have a refund or receive compensation, also would like to have this company investigated so that this does not happen to any one else.
