Review: A man named "[redacted]" claimed that I was going to be served papers in the next few days, gave a docket # and advised me to have my lawyer call him so that we could remedy the situation. He was very apologetic and said he wanted to stop the serving of papers at my place of employment to avoid embarrassment. Also received a call from "Officer [redacted]" claiming that he was going to be serving the papers and call to settle before they went to my work. [redacted] also called my employer, Superintendent of Schools, and told her that papers were going to be served against me unless I called back. My superintendent actually called me to her office to discuss the call. When I ask [redacted] what these papers are about he cannot give me any specific information.Desired Settlement: This company needs to stop illegal scare tactics. Do not call employers. Contact me through a letter, give me specific contact information.

Review: Several Individuals from this company have contact me at my work about an payday loan they say I owe to Cash Yes. Cash Yes has a cease and desist order for doing business in Maine and have hired this company to collect on a loan they say I owe and L&L Executie consulting wants me to make payments just based on their phone call, and they have been advised (in august) to not call my work #) and now have started again. I was to make arrangements with this office to get the verification on this debt and they have not come forward with any paperwork, and when I have called them to resolve this I get an answering machine and cannot reach anyone.Desired Settlement: I want verification in writing of this debt before I can resolve this.

Review: I recieved a voice mail from a man threating me with his scare tactics to get me to turn over my information. Yes this was a payday loan but to call me at work and tell me I was going to be served on Thursday 06/27/2013 with legal papers from Pauldiing County on my job if I did not agree to pay x amount of dollars. And that he was in the process of getting intouch with someone here at my job thru security or Hr . To find me if I did not call him back asap. This call came in on 06/24/2013 . I was left 2 voice mail froom this person. With same response threating me . These are illegally scare tactics that they are improvising to ensue personal and private infomationg about the individual. Threating with even higher law suites if the charge fails to go through and then they will pruscute to the fullest extent. And seek all damages. 3000 and somthing dollars but would settle with me for a 1070.82. I gave him my info my debit card number right then before I did any searching on the company. Comes to find out they may be legit but they use scare tatacis to get what they need. And Mr. [redacted] has yet to return my call. He is the 2nd gentleman I spoke with whom claimed to be an attorney for for the company seeking restutions for non payment of a payday loan. during the converstation with him I had to state severak=l things which I did and on multible occassion he made errors on his end. Constantly beeping the buttoms telling me I'm on a secured line throught the federal agency put me on hold to take what he called a very important phone call all the while I am on hold on what is suppose to be a protected phone line for the federal government. I ve sent an email regarding the fat the he has yet to camm me and I felt like he had scammed me because of no response. I sent this to jennifer Ketch who is suppose to a leagal secetary his secetary.Desired Settlement: I have contacted Plain Green the company with whom I have the payday loan with and I hope to be able to settle somthing through them and I don't have to continue to be harressed on my job. And for them not to call my work place or security or Hr and disclose my personal information. I work in a highly secured facility and this could cost me my job if they call inquireing us me and telling of my business. ZBecause I am sure that they will use the same scare tactic about being served with paper with them. I will handle my loan with the company. I have sent 2 emails as of today.

Review: I was contacted by this company because I owed a debt to [redacted]. I paid [redacted] what I borrowed and now this company is demanding that I pay 700.00 on top of what I borrowed. When I called to address this issue and stated I was willing to pay, but it seemed like not a real company. My dispute is that is all interest (700.00 dollars). I said I was willing to work it out at that time a man from their company started yelling at me and telling me to forget it now he was not going to dettle and stated a sheriff would be coming to my house to sue me for everything I have. It seems like a shady collection company. I said I was willing to work it out and now they yell at me and say forget it. Is this a real credit company? Their business practices are unethical and their interest is over 70% of what you borrow. I do not want to be paying a company that is a scam. Do they have the right to send me to collections when I paid my debt? Please help me.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I think that this is ridicoulous that I am paying exactly what I borrowed, this is not fair. I borrowed a 1,000 and I paid the thousand back, now I am expected to pay 7000 more? I will settle this on a fair amount of 350.00 but I should not have to pay the same amount of interest as to what I was borrowed. Very unprofessional people and very rude on the phone. Can they do this? They have sent me what I have paid. I have asked for that bill with no response. I have asked for the total amount and they have neglected to give me that information or who I acutally owe this money to. This is unfair and I feel like people need to be warned about people like this. Is it right that I am not allowed to see what I paid and t he date and why I am expected to pay such a large amount. If they will not give me this information, it makes me think they are not a real business. The least I owe is what I paid and wh7y I owe them this much money.

Review: [redacted] of this company has called the human resource of the company I work for-(shop vac corp.)and told them that I needed to contact him immediatley at his phone ####-###-#### or he would proceed to seize my bank account he is saying that I need to pay his consulting firm 805.00 in order to stop the company (cash yes) from suing me for 2250.00 this is a online payday loan company but I do not want to hand money to someone that I am not sure is even legitimate let alone someone that is calling my work and telling my business to my employer. the email he sent is signed by a [redacted] and after that another man called my work ([redacted] )#-####-###-#### and said he represented another company and I know he received my number from the same company because he did not have the phone number and I just recently started work at this place.-same company- different locationDesired Settlement: I would like them to stop calling my work place and discussing my business with my employer I do not think that is legal and I would like to know if they are legitimate as they could cause me to lose my job with these phone calls and some how they got my unlisted number and I do not want to be harassed.
