Mi esperiencia es malísima por sierro me propusieron hacer una recarga a un número en cuba y nunca la residió el cliente quise hablar con alguien ahí pero me dejaron horas en el teléfono y nunca me respondieron ni me regresaron el dinero a mi cuenta de banco creo que son unos estafadores que están jugando con el dinero y el sacrificio de las personas no son profesionales y no deberían seguir impunes y manipulando información personal como numeros de cuentas o de tarjeta de créditos creo que deberían sancionar a los responsables y serrar la agencia son un nido de ratas uno sale de cuba para ayudar a su familia y te encuentras con estas ratas en eua creo que eso no es justo

Last month I tried to connect to Cuba . I couldn't because bad connection, the customer service lady told me I did loose my money I wait for more that 15 days to see my money back in my credit card but I didn't. Today I called the supervisor ( She says her name is Leyra Rodriguez) She also told me she is the owner of the company , and she is going to keep my money even if I didn't use for the call. I'm very disappointed with the service that this company offer to the public.

I do not recommend anybody at all using the services this company offersThe December 11, following instructions of Mr *** on chat (LlamaCuba representative) we charged a Nauta account for a family member in CubaSupposedly my relative should receive three times the amount that I've deposited here based in a promotion they had in that moment That never happenedMy relative received just CUC, and worse than that, when I call them back to claim for this issue, they told me that unfortunately for me , the promotion did not applied for Nauta accounts, contrarily to what Mr *** told me that day, but even worse, despite I got a receipt of payment online where clearly they say that I deposited dollars and the user in Cuba has received CUC, Now they are insisting on say that it is impossible that I can have a receipt, because they do not give that kind of receiptI have the printed receipt on my hands right now, Am I crazy? or the representative is calling me a liar
