[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told earlier this year from [redacted] of Kansas City and from my last Revdex.com complaint against [redacted] that my name would be removed from their database and I would not be contacted again I even spoke with the local manager here in Kansas CIty who doesn't care I continue to be solicited and contacted I just received another letter in the mail from [redacted] last week I have tried on my own to reach corporate offices without success I would like someone from ***'s Corporate office to contact me I am still waiting on the formal complaint I have filed against [redacted] from the State Attorney General Again I wish to hear directly from management at [redacted] and their headquarters stating or attesting that I will NOT be contacted Regards, [redacted]

We offered to refund the cost of his installation since the new install date was the issue and he could find someone to install it soonerHe stated that he couldn’t find someone sooner, therefore we offered him a $credit in addition to having our installer paint the exterior trim of his windows which wasn’t originally in the contractHe was to have his painter come out after the installHe agreed that the credit and having our installer paint his trim solved additional inconveniences he would have incurred

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I was deceived about why the dates had changed It seemed very convenient that the window was paid for on March 30th, and my original date was April 20th After I called on the 19th and was told THE DAY BEFORE that my installation date had changed (I wasn't even told the new installation date until the evening of April 20th) to May 17th That is clearly a window that was never ordered I figured we could just refund my money and part ways I was stalled for several days before I was able to speak to a manager He also assured me that the window was being manufactured, but had not yet gotten there Yes, they did offer me $off the window, but it's a $window! Half has already been paid for The other offer was for me to pay for the window, they drop it off, and I'd have to find a third party to put it in Point is, the choices I was given were limited because they refused to refund money for a window that clearly hadn't been manufactured, and stalled me until I got too far down the road You would think a company that admitted their lack of communication and missteps would try to accommodate the customer and put in the window as soon as they got it, but I guess the customer is wrong in this situationI was given an excuse for this as well Very unexpected and very unprofessional from a company of this sizeVery disappointed

We have already taken care of this customers request on July 8,

We are removing him from our customer mailing list.

At this customers request we have contacted our corporate offices and requested that he be taken off any future mailings.  [redacted] of Kansas City.

I have sent this to the marketing and sales team to be addressed.
