3/17/2016 - A 2007 Hyundai Elantra was dropped off for maintenance work by my daughter. Service work included tire rotation and balance. Total paid for service $881.94. 3/21/2016 – ONLY 4 DAYS LATER. The right front wheel came off while driving on [redacted] South bound). Tow truck was called and vehicle was taken in. The tire and wheel were in the trunk of the vehicle. Hyundai dealer did not take responsibility for the problem. They issued an invoice after replacing the tire marking in Yellow “10 NORTH FREEWAY DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO CAR. THIS IS A GOODWILL REPAIR”. Hard to believe. This I found out after the fact. 3/23/2016 – 2 DAYS LATER. Again, there was a problem with the same front tire. This time the wheel was attached to the vehicle but the tire came off the vehicle. Nonetheless, I think it is irrelevant, the fact is that we continue having very “serious” problems with the vehicle after each “repair”. The mechanic/Service Advisor, Mr. Bru

I can see why North Freeway Hyundai has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com After a disastrous experience at another dealer, I called North Freeway Hyundai about a new car for my wife From the first experience with the receptionist to the signing of the final papers and drive-off, we were treated with respect and honesty by the entire staffEven when there was a slight delay to speak to the financing guy, multiple people continued to check on us to see if they could do anything to make us more comfortableWe got exactly what we wanted at a good priceand I highly recommend this dealership and our Sales rep Mark Statler as great people to work with

Saturday I took my car in for ac vents and arm rest console changes under warranty When I neared my vehicle my back tires smelled like burnt rubberI called the service representative to let her know and she told me that it could be a plastic bag, I said NO MA'AM it smells like someone was peeling out and burning rubberIt's now Monday and the burnt rubber smell is about gone but I've NOW NOTICED that the both RIGHT ROTORS on my car are rustedThey weren't rusted when I took my car in.....don't know what to doThe service rep won't call me back now

The sales part was great years ago when I bought my carbut the service department is beyond HORRIBLE!!! First they had my car for over a month working on repairsThe week of Thanksgiving they called and said my car was ready to be picked up I live miles one way from this dealership When we arrived three diffent repairs issues were not completedThey claimed they couldnt duplicate the repair issues, yet when we got in the car the window got stuck and would not roll upelectric seat got stuck and wouldn't moveThe glove box was brokenSo yesterday I went to pick my car up and they called us that morning and said that the front passenger tire keeps going low and they have to add air to itWhen I arrived at the dealership, I asked them was there a problem with the tire and they showed me that they had to put a plug in it...and do so without communicating back to us or our approvalCome to find out they have ran over something at the dealership and then when I called and said y'all ran over something they claimed that I had ran over it yet I have not had my car over a monthThe type of plug that they used, destroyed the tire so when I took it to Discount Tire they said that the tire has been damged with the plug that North Freeway Hyudai used to "fix it"also the dealership metioned, before I realized the tire was destroyed, had offered me $1,worth of new tiresNorth Freeway Hyundai are ***!
When I drove my car off of the dealership parking, my gas gauge showed BELOW E...EMPTY...in other words I was running on fumes and they could not even put $worth of gas in my tankI returned the loaner car with way more gas than when I got it When I received the loaner car they only had a quarter of a tank of gas but yet I returned it with a half a tank to three-quarters of a tank of gassorry sorry dealership!
Please don't have your car repaired here!

They had m car for months saying it was a motor replacement and they never replaced the motor messed up my inside left it dirty and messed up my throttle body and I had to let it get repo because it wasn't a safe car anymore and my wife is pregnant now I don't have a car at all and the company I had the car threw which is drivetime they the ones that repo it because I wouldn't finishing paying the note and which I told them what was going on they said I would have to buy my car which was 20,and then I would have give them another 1,down and start a car note all over which I don't think they should be doing if anyone can help me or giving any options on what I can do would be real helpful email is ***

We purchased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from North Freeway Hyundai and initially had an average experience with the dealershipA problem arose when we were given incorrect information about the lease disposition fee associated with our Hyundai Sonata lease returned at the time of our new car purchaseWe were charged the disposition fee by Hyundai Motor Finance, yet were told (in an email, in writing) by the General Sales Manager at the dealership that the fee would not be assessed, information he says he got from Hyundai Motor FinanceWe are still trying to understand why loyal customers that use alternative financing, not Hyundai Motor Finance, are charged a disposition fee at end of lease when another Hyundai vehicle is purchasedWe are not pleased with how our situation has been handled and are still waiting for a response from the dealershipAt this point, I do not recommend this dealershipI will not be purchasing another Hyundai after this negative experience
