Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never told that there was a possibility of a refund when I spoke with the company! Instead I was asked what base polish I used and told to go buy other products, which damaged my skin and nails, to try to remove the stains. Now she is telling me that I can receive $5?! The bottle costs $10, and when you purchased the entire collection you saved money. The bottle cost way more than $5 after tax and shipping, and the money I had to spend on products Llarowe suggested I buy to try to remove the stains. The warning said nothing about fluorescent, PERMANENT staining or else I wouldn't have bought it and Llarowe would not have had to pull it from her collection. This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable, especially after spending hundreds of dollars in the past with Llarowe! Regards, [redacted] ***

Had you responded to me in TIMELY fashion, I wouldn't have filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI just rejected the package YESTERDAY, so of course you wouldn't have gotten it YETI also forewarned you about this, even before I did it (gave you days to respond, so much for your quickness as mentioned on your SITE)....because YOU have a day return policy....but YOU CHOSE to ignore ALL of my inquiries until I said I'd contact Revdex.comAnd just an FYI....I HAVE NOT FILED ANY DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL! WHY ARE YOU TELLING ALL THESE LIES??? I have NO reason to NOT be truthful, as I'm NOT like your sorry excuse of a company!

The customer purchased a collection of 8 nail polishes on May 26, 2014 for a total of $40.00 for that collection, which would be $5.00 per polish.  The particular polish that she is complaining about had a warning that it could stain nails and to take the proper precautions.  I have...

attached screen shots of the customers complete account history showing that there was one email dated June 26, 2014, stating that this polish stained her nails but she was not asking for a refund, only asking a question about another polish.  We gladly issue refunds on unused products within 10 days of receipt of purchase.  The customer did not request a refund for this polish and approximately 180 days later has now filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.

We have responded in a timely manner to each and every email this customer has sent us.  We issued a Return Authorization on July 30, 2015 for this order placed on July 29, 2015.  It is our policy to accept returns for unwanted and unused items with shipping to be at the customer's...

You have NOT answered my emails (until I said I'd contact Revdex.com), why else would I have contacted Revdex.com?! I'll NEVER again shop with you and want my Ilarowe account deleted.
