Additionally, there was minor water damage on the first sub floor and instead trying to sell us more services in order to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to replace, Bekar recommended that it wasn't necessaryBeing worry-warts, we decided to have their team replace the damaged plywood and were so relieved that Bekar was very fair with his pricingOn the final day of work, Bekar came by and inspected all the workI would definitely recommend him and will be using his team again when we decide to update our kitchen floors and bedrooms! :)
