I created my small business at the beginning of 2020. In April 9, 2020 I received a letter from LLCS located ***. I thought it was from a government agency for California labor law as the letter claimed to be a “labor law compliance notice, failure to comply with posting regulations can lead to fines up to $7000”It stated “to return the completed form with a payment of $125. Which I complied. I looked in the internet and found out this scam happened to other small business owners and this company is not affiliated with any government agency . I want to report this scam and I want full refund of my money. Please advice.
Greetings,My name is *** I am the owner of LLCS and I am glad to respond to this matter. I would like to start off by apologizing to the consumer for the inconvenience our document may have caused, this is in no way or form our intention. The document received is a service offered and not a bill due or to be due, I apologize if the consumer confused our document for a government form. In order for this to not occur we made sure that we placed on the envelope in all caps bold letters NON-GOVERNMENT AGENCY, in order for the consumer to know from the get that the document received is not from any government entity. Inside on the document itself we have provided a disclaimer on the bottom of the document stating that LLCS is a Non-Government agency, and on the back of the document in a bigger disclaimer we state the same information also adding that the panels may be obtained for free from the state. I have attached the document and envelope proof so that you may have a clearer understanding of the information I am referring to in case you need to read it. LLCS is open to any constructive criticism that the consumer or the Revdex.com may have, we are willing to make our document clearer than what it is if necessary to make sure we avoid future complaints and confusions. As for the refund we have prepared the full refund and it will ship out today before end of day, the proof of refund has also been attached. We do ask if the consumer may kindly return the poster that was shipped to the address we have on file, since they no longer need our service.
