Mr. [redacted] and I had a conversation on the telephone on April 2, 2017. In that conversation we discussed what happened and he told me what the repair estimate was .I told him that I would like some time to discuss the situation with my partner and that I would get back to him. It was a cordial conversation. Mr. [redacted] then send me a text on 4/6/17 asking for a response and I sent a text back on 4/7/17 letting him know that I would be in touch with him by the weekend of 4/8/17. I called Mr. [redacted] on 4/8/17 and left a message asking for a call back. On 4/9/17 I called Mr. [redacted] again and left another message asking for a return call. On 4/12/17 I sent a text message to him asking for a call and to let me know when I could reach him on the phone. I have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] since his text on 4/6/17. At this point I am waiting for a call. I look forward to discussing this situation with Mr. [redacted] and resolving the matter.Please call me with any questions or comments.
