My installer, his name is ***, did the above said workAt the completion of the job the homeowner paid for a partial of the work
completedHe informed *** he was unhappy about the seamsI agree that some time went by, but not a month, till *** contacted the homeownerIt was presented to the homeowner that we would remove and replace the grass that was not acceptableThe home owner asked another company to view the jobI feel the homeowner lost confidence in *** that he would repair it satisfactory It's my understanding the homeowner has since used the remanding money to repair this jobWe still have the offer of going in and repairing the grass if this is not true, or he can use the balance to have someone else completeThe grass he picked was inherently a tough brand to make seams " invisible " it's the lowest Pyle, and very tough to hide SeamsWe always try to install as one piece but in this case it couldn't be done in one pieceBut we tried several times to fix this but I feel that *** and the homeowner don't get along at this point, I mean the homeowner does not respond to ***'s request in this matter

We were told about a city rebate when *** came to measure the lawn areas, so I called.the city to find out about the rebateI was told that the rebate was $and there had to be an inspection firstIt was going to take about a month for the city to get here for the inspection before any work could be startedWe communicated this with *** that we had to wait for inspection before he could get started*** wanted to get started rightaway so he offered to give us the $that we would have received from the city rebate, we agreedWork completed on 6/24/and signed papers of completion on 6/24/through the Hero Program (our financing)*** was suppose to come back and clean an area with a white line and didn't and didn't call I received an email from Hero Progrmam, Final Payment Summary paid on 6/26/On 7/13I called and left message for *** Matthews to call me back, 7/I called *** to arrange time for him to come by, I called *** to tell him *** coming by on 7/20, would he like to come by also? He couldn't make itScheduled appt with *** and *** on 7/On 7/***, *** and *** from Synthetic Grass Warehouse came byAt that time all determined that area mentioned needed to be replaced.*** and *** both said the install was done very poorly*** and I talked about him coming back, and that I had already taken off of work days that he needed to do it on a weekend, which he agreed he would do His cell phone was ringing, and he needed to go and he would get back to meOn 8/3, *** called and told me he had personal issues with his children's soccer tournaments for weeks and his wife having a C section on the 24th and she would be off her feet for daysHe said the earliest he would be able to come back would be 9/I agreed with thatOn 8/& 9/I texted *** to let him know since he was going to help ***On 9/*** called and canceled for 9/and he would be here on 9/On 9/I called ***'s cell phone, it has been disconnected, I called and left message for *** to discuss*** called back same day and apologized that there was nothing he could doOn 9/I filed complaint with Revdex.com On 9/*** called to tell me he was not going to make it and he wanted to talk about the complaint with the Revdex.com *** said "he has no crew and that it is going to cost about plus for training out of his own pocketAnd behind closed doors at Synthetic Grass Warehouse that particular pet friendly synthetic grass is *** because the backing material is to thick"*** was very upset through the call and said he would call me on Monday 9/I have made a lot of calls to *** over the past about this and he has not always returned my callsI have been very patient with *** about correcting this and still am I HAVE not contacted any other company about repairing thisThe only people that have been evolved are ***, who was the person to come out and measure the lawn areas and get the paperwork going for the financing to be done through the Hero Program, *** is from the supplier of the synthetic turf, Synthetic Grass Warehouse, and ***, the installerWe also have not received the $for the city rebate *** was to give to us once he got paid, which was 6/26/

I spoke to the homeowner about this matter and we agreed that I was going to have another company that does work with us make an appointment to fix the seams that mr *** has concerns about.I called their office on Friday and the owner was out of town so I will call him on Monday to contact the homeowner so we can remedy this as soon as possible

The synthetic grass has been repaired, and it looks great*** *** sent out *** and his crew from Espinosa Landscape Maintenance to repair, *** from Synthetic Grass Warehouse to oversee the jobmy wife and I are very happy with the outcome A big thank you to all involved
