Signed paperwork July 3rd didn't get vehicle till July 6th. 30 day dealer tags from July 1st to July 30th. Didn't get inspection paper till July 31st. Have to pay penalty now. Promised to fix noise underneath passenger floorboard, ashtray still hangs by wires from cigarette lighter, drivers arm rest control panel still hanging by wires. Told me there was an alarm button for key ring and there isn't. When alarm goes off you have to start up the vehicle to turn it off. Out of 30 days had the vehicle 5 days. Won't return my calls. Asked to talk to [redacted] himself but he won't call back either. They've hung up on me several times. They brought the vehicle to my house and dumped it off and didn't call me to let me know it and my gate has a lock on it so they went through my neighbor's gate to dump it off. Its sitting in my driveway and I haven't got to drive it cause it isn't fixed yet and I want my money back. These are just a few things but there is too much to write down like they tried to buff out scratches and still there.
