Revdex.com called Mr [redacted] to follow up on complaint and he said he finally got the parts after they were delivered to the wrong [redacted] Furniture Coin MN but before he could arrange to have the repair done, the consumer called and told him the next time he heard from her, it would be from her attorney and she was pursuing litigation

I just wanted you to know I have not heard one thing froMR LLOYDI knew it was just more useless statements that is never good g to get results

The problem we are having is this furniture was purchased in February and was over years old when we were notified of the problemThe warranty from *** on the furniture was year on the leather so it was obviously out of warrantyAt the time it was considered to restain the
leather but there was not anyone in the area where Ms.*** lived that did that processShe communicated to me that she did not want to have any expense in the repair so I told her I would talk to my *** salesman (*** ***) and see what arrangements could be madeIt was estimated that the repair would cost approximately $Mr*** contacted Ms*** and she agreed to pay $The necessary parts were ordered and as I told Ms*** a repairman has them with her contact information and when he can work her in his schedule would be in contact with herI understand Ms***'s frustrations however this has certainly been frustrating for me also

Mr [redacted] has lied so many times the parts were suppose to be ordered over a year ago until I contacted [redacted] and found the parts were never ordered and I called [redacted] and informed him of the situation and he said to me he ordered them himself and I told him what the lady said and he said he would check on it and it was never done. Now he is saying he gave the parts to some man to fix the furniture, he never gave me the man's name or anything. The furniture still is not fixed and I do not look for it to be done. This Peter Rom-burg told me he would order the parts and I would have to pay 400.00 which I did agree on but again that was in December and again it has not been done. He had told me at the time it would take 8 weeks to get the parts. I called [redacted] in March he still had not received them he claimed they went to the wrong place and again nothing has been done. All you get is promised with no action. I would like to know what this man's name is that supposedly has the parts and when he is going to call. My phone number on my cell phone has changed but he never calls you back so I did not bother to let him know he does have my home number
