During the time that the customer, [redacted] made his complaint, we were in the process of moving our office so it is possible the return request was overlooked. I have attached a copy of an email that was sent to the customer on May 17, 2016 detailing instruction on how to return the product. In addition, I called the customer on May 23, 2016 on the daytime number provided by him and left a message inquiring if he had received the return authorization email dated May 17, 2016 and gave him our customer service manager's direct phone # in case he had any questions.
