At this time, I have been contacted directly by Scanlon's Cleaners regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]The company owner contacted me All he was willing to offer was a partial credit for future services I told him that I did not intend to use their services again after they ruined and would not compensate me for a new shirtSince no useful compensation was offered I consider the issue unresolved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
