When we decided to remodel the entire ground floor of our sf Bay Park home we obtained three quotes We decided to go with Lloyd Homes, the middle quote, based on David's attention to detail, his marvelous work we had seen while walking our dog around the neighborhood and the fact that he "just felt right" The remodel included a brand new and relocated kitchen with new window, a relocated utility/washer & dryer room, new tile flooring throughout, new family room, specialized entertainment rack/closet, new lighting and sound wiring, brand new a/c installation and fireplace and painting throughout Throughout the whole process David was professional and meticulous in his attention to detail and strove to make us happy The job site was left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day He handled all the permit requirements and we greatly appreciated the suggestions he made We have since used Lloyd Homes for a couple of smaller projects such as new glass railings on the deck and will be contracting their services for a remodel of the upstairs once we have saved up
I can't recommend David & Marion Lloyd of Lloyd Homes Inchighly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation you may be doing In my husband and I decided to invest his inheritance in completely remodeling our home from the ground up We had absolutely no idea what all it involved We had seen work that David Lloyd had done on homes in our neighborhood and were very impressed When we spoke with the Lloyd's the put all our fears to rest and our journey began They were there every step of the way All of the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard David's attention to detail is very impressive The work was completed on time and within our budget We really enjoyed working with the Lloyd's and would not hesitate to use them for any future renovations We absolutely love our homeIt was a privilege to work with them and all their worker's
