Per our signed agreement there was a non-refundable deposit due that the time of booking and signing the contract, there was another portion that would be due once her basement project was completed and the remaining balance was due at the time of completion of the job in which she came in paid for...

and signed all receipts for completion of work. We have signed copies of all receipts showing what was paid and her signature stating that the jobs were completed. Before the final payment was made there was a discussion regarding the satisfaction of the build out in which she stated that she was not happy with how it was completed. After that discussion was done there was an agreement that there would be a discounted given that she felt would be feasible for the work that was completed. That discount was then applied to the final invoice and she was given the remaining balance in which she came in to our office, paid the balance and signed the receipt. She then proceeded to ask for more work to be completed ( which was NOT apart of the original agreement nor was she billed for) Changing the color of her baseboards and putting another coat on her floor in the basement. We never told her that we would not do the work for her but it would need to be scheduled because we had other jobs on the schedule and her job was already completed. She was never billed for the additional work nor was it scheduled and at this time all work has been completed per her work order. We are more than happy to schedule a time to come in and do additional work for her and at that time she would be billed accordingly.
