Called Lloyd plumbing to fix my leaking toilet supply pipe that I broke trying to change the valve myself. Eugene M Showed up on time and went over pricing showed me how much and why. Eugene was very knowledgeable and very polite. Can’t say enough about there customer service. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber and wants great service.

I just had my toilet replaced by Lloyd's Plumbing and I am very pleased. Our technician, Jason, arrived on time and worked quickly. Jason was pleasant and professional, and he did a great job. The price was very reasonable. This is my 3rd experience with Lloyd's Plumbing in 3 years. I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing and heating needs. Lloyd's exceeded my expectations.

Lloyd Plumbing service call was our first experience with the company.
Eugene, our service attendant, was highly knowledgeable and explained everything to us concerning our difficult problem. We have never experienced such great service and disclosure before with any other plumbing company. They were courteous, explained their company, how they do business and completed the job as expected with the final statement for they day as originally quoted. We will be having them back again on a regular basis.

I've been using Lloyd's for many years and they have always done amazing work. Peter was the only plumber ever to correctly diagnose and repair my *** water heater - the heater had caused problems annually till Lloyd's took over. Lloyds has upgraded my plumbing while installing fixtures and, just today, unhooked my gas dryer in less than 10 minutes for a new dryer delivery this weekend. These guys rock.

Rick Lloyd has both installed and maintained the *** wood pellet boiler for several years. This installation was a kind of 'Master Piece" because it involved setting up the new wood rig using the original Propane boiler as an automatic back-up. It works seamlessly in all seasons, when we use Propane in moderate spring and fall weather, and change to wood pellets in winter. Both systems contribute to heat the whole place in sub-zero conditions. Whenever there's a problem with the ***, Rick is very capable to respond with the tools or parts needed to keep it running smoothly. A wood pellet boiler like this isn't the best choice for a home where people aren't home very much, because it needs to be monitored for unusual noise or computer messages, but we're here almost all the time in the shop with the pellet boiler. It's a great system and saves us a lot of money in fuel costs, too. 5 STARS Mr. Lloyd.

We received a quote for a propane installation job. The quote we felt was high but we were told it would take 2 guys 8 hours to complete the job. We were close to winter and with that information we paid 1/2 down to get the job done. The job ended up taking 1 man 3 hours to complete.
I have been contacting *** Lloyd since the installation (November 18, 2017) to get a partial refund of our deposit based on the actual job that was completed.
called the customer to resolve the complaint today, Wednesday, January 10th, and after discussing the job with the customer, she agreed to a refund for $339.20, to make the job an even $1,000.00. Check #***, dated Jan. 10, 2018, for $339.20 has been written and will be placed in the mail tomorrow morning.

I recently moved into the area and in need of a plumber I was concerned about who to call. Using porch I located Llyod plumbing. When I explained my situation to Joshua who was extremely helpful he set me up with an almost immediate appointment. A few days later Eugene came to my house gave me an accurate and fair estimate for installing 2 toilets - installing a bathroom vanity,kitchen faucet and 5 stops on my *** tubing and in 3 hours everything was done, all areas were clean and in fully functioning condition. Eugene even tested our water for free. Eugene was very knowledgeable,friendly and thorough! We were so pleased with the service we receieved from Joshua and Eugene that we signed on for their service plan. I would recommend Llyod plumbing to friends. Fantastic service!
