We've owned a condo for years down here and knew our air conditioner would need to be replacedBeing up north we weren't sure what to to, and then we found Lloyds online after arriving and finding it had finally pooped outWe called on a Sunday evening, they called us back Monday morning early and we were cooling by Tuesday afternoon with new heating and cooling unitsPrice was more than fair, installers (Larry and Jan) were friendly-professional-courteous and did a perfect jobWhen we retire down here, Lloyd's will be our go to company forever!!
I would not reccomend my family or friends to this company for multipule reasonsOne is when they placed a bad tire on my car and to "fix it" they moved it to the back and ended up damaging my car longtermHey didnt turn off ky car engine light off from multipule appointments and the latest appointment I had, the manager Alex charged us over $becuase their workers broke a piece off from my carHe did not reason with us and madd us wait 5+ hours after he said it was going to be doneI am very dissapointed with this companyErgo, I would never come back
