I don't know what games these people are playingI don't know what they have done but it did not look like that when I leftThe tile was cleanThe only mess that remained was that of the tub itself that Mrs [redacted] offered to clean, and she understood the tub was to be refinished next Saturday anywayIt appears as if they were trying to regrout themselves and made a bigger problemAgain I say that when I left they were happyThey paid meIf they weren't happy they would not have done soI informed them this morning that any further slander online by calling me a thief or a liar will be meet with legal repercussionsI am closing this on my endI've said all I needed to say

First off, Mr and Mrs *** were very happy when I leftThey loved the tile job from what they told meThe tile was immaculateThey paid me cash and in a checkThe grout they supplied to me was old and had been used when Mr *** did the tile in his entrywayI explained to him
that the grout is drying super fast and is extremely difficult to work withHe told me to use it anywayHe then got more after what he gave me wasn't enoughI worked twenty four hours straightI wanted to leave around five pm but he insisted that I get it done that nightThey even cancelled dinner plans they had so that I could finishI had to go buy a sander and wire brushes to remove the groutI explained to them that I would return the following Saturday and they were good with thatUpon leaving Mr *** looked over everything and Mrs *** offered to clean the tubThey paid me and said everything looked goodThe following day I got a text stating that I didn't need to come backSoon after another text stating that the check they wrote me won't go through and to keep the cashI responded that I would prosecute for the check being hotThey never once told me they were unhappy the whole time I was thereNot ONCE ever asked for a refundIn my opinion these people are just wanting something for nothingI will not be issuing a refundThey told me they loved itIf they had issues with the work they should have stated that before payingThey had a CLEAR understanding that I was going to sand the tub and refinish it as it was in our original agreement
