LLC regarding complaint ID[redacted].

[redacted] said that he has no missed emails or phone called but he will contact the customer and will provide her a copy of the document that is signed.
[redacted] from the business called to respond to this complaint. He stated that at no time were any damage claims made after the job was completed. In regards to the bill they were paid the amount that State Farm approved, and they are the ones that give the bottom line for the amount that is billed. The customer signs a document that states that once the job is completed it is done and the customer is satisfied with the finished product. This is something the business has to have to give to the insurance company in order for the job to be paid.
Review: Lloyd's Restoration and Cleaning Services not only broke several items when providing water cleanup services at my house, but also missed areas with water damage, billed us for services not rendered, and then when asked to address these issues, ignored all requests to discuss any of this. Additionally, further investigation into Lloyd's Restoration and Cleaning Services revealed that this company is not certified by [redacted] or the [redacted] as advertised on their website. This has been confirmed by both organizations.Desired Settlement: I would love to be reimbursed for the items damaged and services not rendered but after trying to contact them, I realize that that is probably not going to happen. In the very least, whatever needs to be done to hold them accountable for falsely advertising that they are certified by these organizations would be appreciated. [redacted] emailed them to be removed from their website but as of yet, the cert still remain on that site.

Response:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that the information provided to you by the company is incorrect. Multiple attempts were made to the company through email and phone calls to report the damages. The company ignored all attempts and never responded. Secondly, we never signed anything regarding satisfaction with the work completed. Is it possible to see a copy of this document? Also, this does not address the certifications that they claim to have but do not actually do not.
Is there any additional information that I can provide to assist in this? Their response does not match their actions or in this case lack of action that I have experienced over the last few months.
Respectfully,
P.S. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and I reject that this company has responded to this issue (aside from an automated response that the email was received), but I accept their intent to send us a copy of the signed document. Please send the document to [redacted]
For additional info, I have [redacted] a copy of the letter with our complaint that was sent with the final check (which was cashed) by certified mail (copy of that [redacted] as well) to show that these issues were sent to the business but no response was forthcoming until now. I've also[redacted] a copy of an email that was previously sent through their website with the issues which includes the automated response from the business and an additional attempt for me to get information concerning these issues from them.
Lastly, this does not address the issue that the businesses' website claims to be certified by organizations in which they are not.
