I am rejecting this response because: Why would we rub grout all over our bathroom? That makes no sense. Again, we did not know at the time of payment that the tile was completely damaged. We were trying to compensate for his work, at 3am in the morning, not understanding the severity of the situation. This is an obvious display of yet another string of lies from Lloyd. He has now shown his colors. The pictures, his comments, and other terrible terrible reviews found online speak for themselves. We are done here, Lloyd. Please stop taking advantage of your customers. Enjoy the $800 you stole from us.

I don't know what games these people are playing. I don't know what they have done but it did not look like that when I left. The tile was clean. The only mess that remained was that of the tub itself that Mrs [redacted] offered to clean, and she understood the tub was to be refinished next Saturday anyway. It appears as if they were trying to regrout themselves and made a bigger problem. Again I say that when I left they were happy. They paid me. If they weren't happy they would not have done so. I informed them this morning that any further slander online by calling me a thief or a liar will be meet with legal repercussions. I am closing this on my end. I've said all I needed to say
