Maybe they should review their own warranty, which they have violated. They provide a warranty but do not stand behind it. I can provide a copy of their warranty and their lack of compliance. There are also 3 neighbors that are willing to write statements that Phillips Homes was also unwilling to stand behind their warranty for them. I don't think I am asking too much to have them stand behind their warranty. They aren't used to having someone stand up for what is right and make them honor their own warranty, well I am that guy. If that's crazy, call me crazy, but a court of law would be on my side all day long. Attached is my 1 year checklist and highlighted are the items that have yet to be repaired even though their own warranty claims procedures states that they would make an inspection within 30 days after receipt of 1 year checklist, was not done. They would then have 90 days to complete repairs, not done. I was told by [redacted] Phillips that he would not come out to inspect the items on the 1 year checklist and would only rely on subcontractors to tell him if it needed repair? How is that for customer service? They want to be included in the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Association, which requires them to provide a 1 year warranty, but refuse to stand behind the words contained in this warranty contract. I spent 20 years in the Army, currently work for the department of defense, which requires a top secret clearance and a thorough background check to ensure I am fully qualified for my job, mentally and physically. You tell me who is crazy? I have just completed  a 4 year degree in HR Leadership and Organizational Development, and I can truly say that their leadership and organizational skills are appalling.

We have been over to their house several times to address their complaints.  We have even repainted their whole house.  We have bent over backwards to help them.  God could not even satisfy them.  We are done with these people.  They are nuts!  If you want to send over...

 To file a complaint with the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Association would cause a conflict of interest on their part as [redacted] Phillips was a past president. I have provided documentation showing non-compliance by Phillips Homes and their home warranty and am confident that I have fulfilled my requirements under their warranty program and will pursue this through other channels. Please post my complaint on your website.
