Discovered Llyon's painting when we received a flyer from them. I had been thinking about painting many of the rooms in my house but knew I would not get it myself and the timing of the flyer was perfect. I am very happy that I contacted Llyon's Painting. It is a pleasure to deal with Michelle and Brian. They took the time to review and help pick the best colors and types of paints. They also took care of some minor repairs to walls and ceilings before painting and even spent a day removing very old wallpaper from a bathroom before repainting. Everything that they planned to do was reviewed and documented before any work began. Everything went smoothly as expected and I was very happy with the results. Llyons has painted most of the rooms in my house and there will be some more work for them this fall. In addition they painted 2 old garage doors and made them look like new and next spring I plan to have them paint an outside screen house and some benches. I would highly recommend them for any painting project, big or small, inside or outside.
Llyons Painting painted the exterior of my shingled ranch style house. The house had not been painted in many years, and was in dire need of painting. Brian came out and had a look at the job right away, and sent a quote the next day. They then worked with me to come to a price within my budget.
They did an excellent job of prepping and painting. The exterior was power washed and treated for mildew. Flaking paint was sanded, and sun damaged areas given an extra coat of primer. Brian did a thorough and detailed paint job. I had expressed concern about keeping paint out of the soil around the house. They were careful to use tarps , as well as to avoid trampling the plants, which I appreciated. Michelle contacted me about any issues I needed to address as the job progressed. There were some extra expenses due to the condition of the shingles, but these were explained before any further work was done. Overall, they did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Llyons Painting has done all of my painting for the past few years...our Exterior still looks great, they've Stained both front and back decks, and They've done interior painting for me as well, I've referred them to my son who also uses their services now. Reliable, friendly and quality workmanship.
