L & M Accounts represented [redacted] Clinic. [redacted] Clinic was told of an accident which possibly caused an injury to my wife's eye. Four tears to the retina. [redacted] filed an insurance claim against [redacted] knowing or at least documenting the complaint. Because the insurance had a deductible and an HSA account, and we are a business I guess they thoought we could afford the expense while they went about their business knowing that the accident had probably caused the injury to the eye. L & M filed papers which they back dated to present a less then favorable picture of our circumstances. Their telephones calls to us were rude bordering on intimadating. they told us we could get a loan knowing nothing about our present circumstances, They made promises to us. They cashed a check for 300.00 dollars never noting the payment. [redacted] accepted a 100,00 cash never noting this payment either. [redacted] kept adding to the charges inspite of us having insurance. Insurance company has recently called through a 3rd party and they are attempting to collect now from the estate as well because of the accident injury, This is only 432.00 which was also added to our account. Our insurance premium is 1600 or more per month. It covers nothing until we now pay the premium, 6,300,00. A few years ago this insurance was only 300. something a month. L & M has added 50% to provide false testimony.to file a complaint against us. Yes I understand we have a resposibility to pay our fair share. it simply seems like these businesses are attempting to make money off of a situation which we had no or very little control over. Where are the fair credit laws that are supposed to protect us from these kind of things happpening to us? Is this really good business.
