Sent two follow up emails no response finally recieved my payment back from my bank june 16
Defiently a scam website
I placed an order with LM Activewear on February 23, 2020 for two activewear clothing pieces priced at $49.99. However, I never received a shipping notification for my order. I emailed them on March 14 to cancel my order after three weeks of not getting any notification, and I received no response. I emailed them again five days later, and still received no response. I had to message them multiple times to finally get them to respond, and that was when they informed me that they already shipped my order and could not cancel it. However, I never received a shipping notification and every time I tried to cancel it, they would ignore my attempts until they had shipping details.
Hello, This is our respond to the complaint of *** order number ***. *** order was placed on February 23, 2020. Our policy only allows us to cancel/refund any order within the 24hr period we give our customers after they purchase. She didn’t contact us until March 14 to cancel her order when her order was shipped and on its way to its destination. There has been delays on orders due to the corona virus but her order is out for delivery. We did contact her back when she messaged us we let her know how our policy is we also provided her with her tracking information and she didn’t get back to us. We like to keep our customers happy but that is how our policy works. We hope you can understand. Have a nice day!
BUYER'S BEWARE
This company seemed promising at first but after purchasing products off their site, my opinion changed. They only display the positive reviews of 4 stars or more on their website, and I know this because my 2 star review was nowhere to be found after I wrote one. After you purchase a product off their site, they do not provide you with a confirmation email nor any tracking info. I sent them an email and got no reply. I then sent them a DM on Instagram and got a fake tracking number that was never put into the system and never actually tracked my order. My products finally arrived (very late), however it was not what I had ordered. The clothes were of decent quality but it was not the color I had asked for. I then contacted them back again on Instagram, and they ignored my message. I know they did because the message said "seen" but they did not reply. I then proceeded to send multiple messages and they finally got back to me and said they would send a replacement item. This was 6 weeks ago and I still have no received my replacement product. I then messaged them again via Instagram DM and once again, got ignored.
Bad company. Don't spend your money on them.
